"Nepo Babies"
Reading all this about the "nepo babies" and the blatant corruption... it just makes my blood boil. It's not even about being jealous of their designer bags or fancy vacations. It's the principle of it all.
Like, we're out here struggling to make ends meet, stressing about student loans, and watching our families work themselves to the bone. Meanwhile, these kids are flaunting their privilege, completely oblivious to the fact that their lifestyles are funded by stolen money. And the fact that these "nepo babies" are so proudly flaunting their luxurious things online, knowing full well that money is coming from our taxes? It's just adding insult to injury. Shame on them.
And the worst part is, it's not just about the money. It's about the lack of basic services that we're all entitled to. Hospitals without medicine? Schools without books? Roads that collapse at the first sign of rain? It's infuriating! And don't even get me started on the flood control budget – millions upon millions allocated, yet our communities are still underwater every time it rains. It's like, where did all that money go? Oh right, divided up between the contractors and the heads of these failed projects, while we're left to deal with the consequences.
But honestly, seeing people finally wake up and call them out? That's the only thing that's keeping me from completely losing it. The fact that people are actually doing the math, making the collages, and demanding answers... it gives me hope.
This isn't about left vs. right, or whatever political BS they try to throw at us. This is about basic human decency. It's about accountability. It's about making sure that the people in power are actually serving the people, not just lining their own pockets.
Every time I see a viral TikTok exposing corruption, every time I see people protesting in the streets, every time I see someone speaking truth to power... it makes me feel like maybe, just maybe, we can actually change things.
The "buwaya" have been getting away with this for too long. It's time for them to face the consequences. It's time for democracy to actually work.
